Our services begin with an initial consultation to discuss your requirements, which is free of charge.
Services we provide:
- Architectural Drafting
- Planning
- Floor Plan Layout
- Drawings to CAD conversion
A surveyor will visit your property at a mutually agreed time to take all the necessary measurements, levels, photographs and other information required to assist us with the preparation of your plans.
CAD drawings of the existing and proposed floor plans & elevations will be prepared for you to review within 3 to 4 weeks. At this stage you are encouraged to examine the plans carefully and to make any amendments if necessary.
Once the initial plans (including any changes) have been approved by you, we will prepare the master plans including section details and notes. You will also be provided with 3 copies of the finalised plans in A3 or A4 format.
We complete and submit the Planning and Building regulation applications along with the master plans to the relevant Local Authority.
All our services have a fixed fee, and the price to be agreed at first consultationmeeting. Modifications included in price until the clients are happy with the design and plans are submitted to the local authority.
We are affiliated with other services, including builders, electricians, plumbers, structural engineers, SAP energy conservation engineers and other trades.
